After regaining his freedom, Binance founder Zhao Changpeng, also known as CZ, has noticed an increasing number of fraudulent accounts using his name on social media platforms. In response, he recently issued a warning to the community and promised to regularly interact with them, while also mentioning that he is currently enjoying some rare quiet time.
After nearly four months of imprisonment, CZ was officially released at the end of September and announced that he will be attending the Binance Blockchain Week in Dubai on October 30th and 31st as an individual. This will be his first public appearance since regaining his freedom.
However, at the same time, there has been a rise in fraudulent accounts using CZ’s name on social media platforms. In response to this, CZ himself posted on Monday (21st), stating that he promises to regularly interact with users online.
This post received support from the community, with many expressing their frustration at the numerous fake accounts impersonating CZ. It is worth noting that one user’s reply to CZ’s post unexpectedly received a response from CZ himself.
As for CZ’s future plans, he previously outlined them in a lengthy post on September 29th, detailing his upcoming endeavors.
