Manta New Paradigm is the first Ethereum Layer2 project to adopt the modular solution provided by Celestia. Through a liquidity mining campaign similar to Blur’s Blast, users can obtain future token airdrop rewards by pledging their funds. In just one month, the project has attracted over $860 million in funds. Today, on the 18th, the official announcement is made that users can start claiming the airdrop of $MANTA tokens at 5:30 pm Taipei time.
Tonight at 6:00 pm, Manta will be listed on Binance spot market. Users can already check the amount of airdrop they are eligible to receive. After users claim their airdrop, the cryptocurrency exchange Binance will launch Manta trading pairs tonight, including MANTA/BTC, MANTA/USDT, MANTA/BNB, MANTA/FDUSD, and MANTA/TRY. In addition, the Korean exchange Bithumb will also list MANTA with the Korean Won trading pair at the same time.
On the other hand, according to off-exchange market data from aevo, the current price of MANTA is temporarily at $2.379. However, it remains to be seen if the opening price of MANTA will be higher than the off-exchange price due to the high level of attention it has received.
It’s worth noting that according to official sources, all funds previously pledged by users, including ETH and USDC, will be available for redemption 69 days after the token is listed, estimated to be on March 28th.
