EthXY’s GameFi Flywheel will be launched

According to official information, within two weeks after the game went online, it attracted 1060.96 ETH (valued at approximately $2 million at the time) in game volume and hosted over 30,000 player battles.

EthXY is a one-click PvP battle game, where players can choose to bet 0.01, 0.1, or 1 Ether (ETH) for battles. The system will randomly match players with opponents who have bet the same amount. During the game, each player will receive two personal cards, plus five community cards. Players need to select the best combination of five cards from these seven cards, and the winner will win all the bets. The win rate against matched players is basically 50%, and each game only takes 20 seconds.

The token in the game is called $SEXY, which can be used for staking rewards mode, special PvE (player vs. environment) game mode, purchasing characters and equipment. It is worth mentioning that betting with tokens other than ETH is also possible in the game.

Since this game is on the blockchain, there will be a recording process before playing. The block time on the Base chain is 2 seconds, so the process only takes a short time. After entering the matching stage, the game will automatically find another player who wants to play with the same stake. For 0.01 ETH and 0.1 ETH games, opponents should be found quickly, but for higher stakes of 1 ETH, longer queue times will be required.
Once all five community cards are visible, the winner is determined by comparing the best five-card combination (five community cards + two player cards) that each player can use.
As the game provider, EthXY will also deduct a fee in each battle. For 0.01 ETH battles, a 2.5% fee is deducted, for 0.1 ETH battles, a 2% fee is deducted, and for 1 ETH battles, a 1% fee is deducted.
