Confirmed keynote speakers include Matt Quinn, Executive Director of Nervos Foundation; Arnaud, Co-founder of Bitlight Labs; Super Testnet, contributor to BTCStudy; Yong, Engineer at Lightning Labs; Cipher, author of the RGB++ protocol; and Jeff, contributor to Merlin Chain. They will delve into various aspects of the Bitcoin ecosystem, including RGB, BitVM, Lightning Network, and UTXO.
